yet another Quality Blog i may or may not creep on to excess. man, i just really love this reaper a whole lot?? like i read almost everything of theirs that comes up on my dash, and i don’t even read half the shit i post. anyway, i am so Here for fandom critical rpers who take a fine toothed comb to how their muses are handled and portrayed outside of the source material. it shows me they really care about not only their character, but what their character represents on a larger scale, and how they fit into that equation as a writer.

and that amount of thought and consideration obviously translates into their muses ( i believe they also moderate @symmettra? Fantastic?? ). you can’t read any of the content on their blogs without getting the feeling that they revolve around very three dimensional, very well rounded characters.

gasps gently,, may is one of my favorite ppl in this fandom,,, granted, i’ve only just begun talking to them this past week ( i think ) but they have very rapidly wormed their way into my cold unfeeling heart regardless. highkey i respect anyone willing to put themselves out there esp at the risk of having to deal with a dozen vague posts over the big bad Discourse™ afterwards. call me a dirty sjw for saying it, but damn, may, back at it again with the bravery and human kindness. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

my opinion on;

character in general: no offense but when will pharah marry me. shes honestly just. So Good. i love her i wish shed blast my ass to smithereens in the name of justice shes such an interesting woman with a backstory a bit more tragic than what the fandom gives it credit for. my heart breaks for her honestly !!!! i just want her to be happy !!!!!!!! and surrounded by people who care about her !!!!!!
how they play them: ive mentioned it before i think but your pharah has been one of my favorites since i joined up?? iirc i was kinda bouncing around hoping u’d follow me back bc i do really enjoy the richness of her characterization and the thought that’s gone into her history with overwatch as a whole and the people who comprise it. i luv your voice for her as well???? like you Get Her beyond the superficial layers of duty and the hunger to protect and do the right thing and that’s !!! great. my own muse gets hella amped up when i see your writing on the dash which is also Sweet af

character in general: i love roadhog sm?? i mean except for when he tries 2 hook my support maining ass that kind of sucks but im such a weak person for characters who boast body diversity as well as ?? interesting quirks?? the love of cute things and the pig motif and all the softer elements which offset roadhog’s personality and actions just shit man i die
how they play them: REALLY NICE. everything i’ve seen of your roadhog ( threads, meta, hcs ) is so Good and rewarding esp when there’s v little content out there for him specifically rather than as a package via his crime duo w junkrat. u really stick to the spirit of roadhog being hard to read and taciturn in his exchanges which i appreciate greatly?? a v strong voice for him no doubt

character in general: hanzo,,,,,,, hanzo i find super conflicting. i don’t have one way i feel about him — i find his character very interesting, if strange. 
how they play them: are we even surprised anymore when cress does really well w a character like can we be Wowed when we know they’re gonna Do Great from the get go,,,, actually Yes bc the depth of thought they bring to hanzo when the information available to work off of is so scarce is impressive af. like i havent gotten to thread w them here yet but the meta they put out is so satisfying and helps sensibly break down hanzo’s mindset and how that colors his world and informs his actions. 
the mun: did u kno one of cress’ blogs has a testimonial from me calling them a furry shakespeare aficionado idk i stand by my word kind of??? i dont see thats changed???? anyway cress is cool as heck i love them and the choices they make w their muses. they’ve always been hilarious and a wonderful person to know and bounce ideas off of just a Grand ol meme
